Ordering
1. Can I Order Direct Through Your Website
Yes, I have set up A Paypal Account to process the orders taken through Ametrine Audio.
2. Can I Order By The Telephone or Fax
No. You can only order through the internet at present.
3. What type of payment do you accept
Currently I accept Credit and Debit Card payment, processed through PayPal Checkout. Including : cards, VISA, VISA Electron, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, and Solo.
4. Is Ordering Through Ametrine Audio Safe
Yes. All credit card Payment and transactions are dealt with through PayPal Checkout and PayPal. I do not or never will get to access credit card details of customers. Ever. The Checkout Process is made through PayPal`s Secure Server.
5. How will the product be delivered
After the Payment has been received, I will Send you a link to the product(s) you have bought with download instructions.This is Done within 24 hours or less.
6. Do I have to Pay for Updates
Not for small updates. A big update, for example from Ravernator to Ravernator 2 would require an upgrade Cost.
7. Do I have to Pay VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders
Not if you are ordering through AmetrineAudio.com directly. Ametrine Audio is not VAT registered.

1. Does the Ravernator run on the mac platform
no, the Ravernator only runs on the PC Platform.
2. What are the System requirements for the Ravernator
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT/XP/Vista/7
128 MB RAM Recommended, 8.4 GB free hard disc space
VST compatible host software.

Sound Format and License Agreement
The Sound Format Used is the WusikStation Format. Sounds can only be used with the Wusikstation or the Ravernator Synthesizer.

License Agreement
All Sounds and patches are Copyrighted 2008/2010 Ametrine Audio. Any Sounds / Soundsets or waveforms may not be used to create the following :
A sample cd set. Another WusikStation Soundset or Any Sample Library. The sounds are licensed to you only, the user, for non and Commercial use. You may not sell The sounds / Ravernator Synth without the permission of Ametrine Audio.
The Sounds can not be used on their own in the following circumstances :
Any kind of Radio jingle, Commercial Radio or Television Advert, Slideshow or presentation.
The Sounds can be used in the formats above, when used with backing Vocals, drums or another synth sound.
